The lower level of the ACES Library, Information, and Alumni Center will be transformed into a state-of-the-art space for learning innovation, turning underutilized spaces into the ACES Learning Innovation Laboratory (ALIL).

The ALIL is envisioned as a collaborative design space where educators and industry leaders will co-create responsive, data-driven innovations in education. ALIL will provide an engaging and supportive environment for instructional leaders to design undergraduate and graduate experiences for a diverse, global audience of learners.

Why renovate?

The ALIL addresses the growing need for high-quality, flexible online education to meet learner demands. This laboratory will cater to current undergraduate students and mid-career, non-traditional audiences. This facility will provide new educational pathways to enhance current programs and increase online program offerings. What's more, the ALIL will allow educators to design affordable and accessible programs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds and underrepresented populations.

The ALIL is a creative collaboration space, equipped with access to emerging technology that will empower educators and industry leaders to design transformative learning experiences.
